The service

Thozhilo is a web app for service businesses to manage jobs, customers, technicians and customer updates. We provide it on a best-effort basis. We aim to keep it available, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted.

Accounts and payment

• An owner account is switched on after your payment for a plan period is received. Payment is made by UPI or bank transfer to the details we send you.
• Access ends on the plan end date unless you renew. Your data stays saved and access returns when you renew.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what your technicians do with their accounts.
• Fees already paid for a plan period are not refundable once the period has started, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Your data

• The customer, job and payment information you enter belongs to your business. We store it only to run the service for you, and we do not sell it.
• You are responsible for having your customers' permission before sending them WhatsApp messages, and for keeping their details lawful and accurate.
• Your data is kept in a hosted database. Each business can only read its own data. Technicians can only see what the owner allows.
• Please copy a backup from the Setup page regularly. We take care of your data but cannot guarantee it against every possible loss.
• If you want your data exported or deleted, contact us and we will do it.

What we collect

• When you send the contact form: your name, phone, email, business name, city and message, so we can reply and set up your account.
• When you use the app: your email, the data you enter, and basic technical logs kept by our hosting providers.

Acceptable use

Do not use Thozhilo to send spam, to store unlawful content, or to try to reach another business's data. We may switch off accounts that do.
