Questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. Thozhilo opens in the browser on any phone or computer. Technicians can add it to their phone's home screen so it opens like an app.
Where is my data stored?
In a secure online database. Each business can only see its own data, and technicians only see what you allow. We recommend copying a backup from the Setup page now and then.
Do customers get WhatsApp messages automatically?
The message is prepared automatically for every status change. You or the technician taps Send to open it in WhatsApp. Customers only get messages if they agreed to WhatsApp updates.
What happens if I stop paying?
Access pauses on the plan end date. Your data stays saved, and access returns when you renew.
Can I try it first?
Yes, the live demo has sample data and lets you switch between owner and technician views.
